Artist Statement
I am a poet who draws inspiration from lived experiences. I explore topics like mental illness, queerness, identity and spirituality. Through my work, I try to make written and spoken word more accessible for those who may not otherwise read or listen to poetry. I hope to take concepts and ideas and turn them on their heads, sharing perspectives that may not otherwise be vocalized or publicized.
